Globalsport is a brand owned by GSX Portugal Lda, responsible for promoting and organising sports events.

Delivery Policy – Timeframes and Conditions
Participants have three days to make payment via Multibanco references after submitting their registration. If payment is not completed within this period, the registration will be cancelled, and a new registration must be made for the same event.
If the registration is submitted within eight days of the registration deadline, the payment window is reduced to 24 hours.
For payments made by credit card, the registration is automatically confirmed once the VISA system processes the transaction.
After completing the registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant, which must be presented to collect the race kit at the Race Office.
This confirmation will be sent up to five days before the event.
By registering, the participant confirms they have read the event regulations, which are available at the time of registration.
Payment Methods
An invoice for the registration fee will be issued upon request with a valid tax identification number, following payment confirmation, and sent by email. If no invoice request is made, it will be issued to a final consumer by default.
Payment can be made via Multibanco references or credit card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations.
Refunds will also not be issued if an athlete, for any reason, is unable to participate in the event.
Specific refund conditions may apply to individual events, as detailed in the respective regulations.
